Most portfolios are fully operational within 3–5 business days. We handle the data import from your existing records and walk your admin team through configuration. Larger portfolios (200+ units) may take 7–10 days.
Your data belongs to you, always. If you ever leave, we give you a complete export of everything - residents, financials, and documents - within 5 business days. After 90 days we permanently delete your data from our systems, no questions asked.
Yes. Financial records can never be silently edited - any correction creates a visible paper trail, just like a proper accounting system should. Access is protected by secure login, automatic session expiry, and account lockout after failed attempts. Every community's data is completely separate - no one outside your portfolio can ever see your records.
Absolutely. The resident portal is fully responsive and works on any device. Residents can issue visitor passes, check their account balance, view and acknowledge documents, and receive package notifications from their phone. A dedicated native mobile app is on our roadmap.
Pricing is per-unit per-month, billed annually. Volume discounts apply for portfolios above 100, 250, and 500 units. All modules are included - there are no add-ons or per-feature charges. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your portfolio size.
Yes. If you manage multiple communities, you can oversee all of them from one login. Each community is completely separate - residents and staff only ever see their own building's data. Switching between properties takes a single click from your admin dashboard.
